Our Personal Training Staff are all certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine. Working one-on-one with our staff of certified, professional personal trainers will provide you with a highly efficient and more productive workout.
Marty Musikant
Personal Training Manager
Marty has been with Gold Medal Fitness as a trainer since 1999 and as PT Manager since 2006. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Marty made a career move to Personal Training after 15 years in the food business, including 8 years as a deli owner. He has a love of helping others achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals through education, empowerment and coaching. His clients have included the previously sedentary, "weekend warriors", children, the elderly and those with special needs. Marty has an athletic background in football and wrestling, including five years as a high school wrestling coach and competing in "masters" wrestling tournaments into his forties. When not busy training, Marty enjoys relaxing at home with his amazing wife Jeanna and their 5 boys, 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Lockey Maisonneuve
Personal Trainer
Lockey has been a Personal Trainer with Gold Medal Fitness since 2005. A breast cancer survivor, Lockey provides workshops and teaches classes on rehabilitation after cancer treatment and surgeries at Overlook Hospital. She wrote an article on lymphedema for Pathways Newsletter and was featured in Overlook View Magazine. Lockey is married with two children. Dolores Tomace
Member Service Representative
Everyone knows Dolores. A former business owner in Cranford, Dolores takes her civic involvement seriously, serving many charities and town organizations. She is on the Board of Directors for Cranford's DMC and the Cranford Chamber of Commerce. Dolores has also been the Director of Community Service for Honor Students at Cranford High. One of Dolores's many achievements includes being a graduate of Cranford's Citizen Police Academy, thus explaining why her member service skills are so arresting.
Carol Zimmer
Childcare
Carol enjoys children, and it shows when you see her in our Childcare Room! A mother and Grandmother, Carol finds great satisfaction in providing the best in care for the members' children. Carol enjoys cooking and entertaining her friends and family.
Lori Zimmer
Childcare
Lori has been part of the Gold Medal Fitness family since 2005. Like her mother, Lori really enjoys spending time with children and is very happy to be a part of our team. In her spare time, Lori is an expert baker.
Miguel Idrovo
Maintenance
Miguel joined the team in 1998 and has had one of the most important responsibilities in the club. His responsibility is to keep the club functional and beautiful. Originally from Ecuador, Miguel is an expert horticulturist.
