We are offering 4 different training modes to choose from. When you commit to 30 Minute Specialized Group Personal Training, you can use your sessions on any or ALL of these:

KETTLEBELL TRAINING

Kettlebells enhance the resistance training experience by performing exercises that engage the entire body as one unit. The movements require total core recruitment, strengthening your trunk better than sit- ups or crunches ever could. Many movements are performed fast, elevating your heart rate, to help your body become a more efficient “fat burning machine.” Joint mobility and stability will also improve as you Swing, Snatch, Press, Squat, Clean and Jerk your way to a stronger, leaner and more flexible you!

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

Born in the U.S. Navy SEALS and developed by Fitness Anywhere®, Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

BOXING TRAINING

Punch your way to a leaner physique! Boxing Training is a fun and effective way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, mixing aerobic and anaerobic tempos, optimizing fat loss. Quickness, reflexes, timing, coordination and balance can all be enhanced with Boxing Training.

PLYOMETRICS/MEDICINE BALL TRAINING

Explosive movements designed to enhance power, quickness and speed. When you train quicker, you can become quicker. Plyometrics involves explosive movements such as jumping, hopping and bounding to improve power….and who doesn’t want to be more powerful? Medicine balls are used to develop upper body and rotational power as well as to add resistance to body weight exercises. Bonus: A stronger and leaner body will be a by product of this explosive training!
