Our new Bootcamp program is just what you have been looking for. This is NOT Group Fitness, where you play “follow the leader” and try to mimic the movements of the instructor on the stage in the front of the room.
This is Personal Training, with a motivating group dynamic, where the Trainer is hands on, in your face, correcting improper technique, progressing or regressing you as necessary and encouraging you every step of the way. The Trainer can adjust on the fly for different clients in the group, change the mode of exercise each and every workout and provide a more educational and nurturing environment then could a Group Fitness instructor who has 25 or more members in the class.
We use many tools in the Bootcamp program: medicine balls, kettlebells, pullup bars, dumbbells, agility ladders, and resistance bands, just to name a few. Bodyweight exercises and calisthenics are also a staple of the Bootcamp workout.
In addition to using our newly redesigned Bootcamp studio, we sometimes take the Bootcamp outdoorsfor some fresh air fun!
We offer Bootcamp for 99/month for an Unlimited amount of sessions. This would replace your regular membership of 19.99/month. Besides getting unlimited Bootcamp sessions, you would also get the extra Tier4 membership perks of:
