Our Personal Training team is comprised of a diverse group of professionals, all with nationally
recognized certifications: National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning
Association and American College of Sports Medicine. All of our Personal Trainers have also attained
specialized training in a variety of areas, including TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, Post-Rehab,
Back-care, Boxing instruction, Senior Fitness, Pilates, Endurance training, nutrition for fat loss, and
sports performance.
We offer a variety of programs to suit anyone’s needs and budget. Our Personal Training menu includes
one-on-one training, buddy training and small group training, with 30 or 60 minute sessions to choose
from.
